Ephesus, Isabey Mosque and Seven Sleepers Cave Tour

You will meet with your professional tour guide at pre-determined location and time. Drive to Selcuk town. Ephesus is considered to one of the spectacular open-air museums in Turkey and in the world – and one of the highlights of Turkey. During this privately guided tour, you will walk through 2,000 year-old marble streets to admire the Library of Celcius, Hadrians Temple, the Fountains of Trajan, Polio, The Temples of Hadrian and Domitian, Bouloterion, and the Great Theatre with capacity of 24.000 spectators.

Later you will drive to Isa Bey Mosque. The mosque was built in 1375. It has a closed courtyard and inside prayer rooms separated for man and women. It is restored few different times and it is the oldest active mosque in Turkey.

After visiting Isa Bey Mosque, driving to Seven Sleepers Cave close by. Seven believers hid inside a cave outside the city of Ephesus around 250 AD, to escape from Roman soldiers.

They slept around 200 years and they considered as holy people. Your guide will explain the details about the caves and seven sleepers during visiting. The story also mentioned in the book of Quran.End of the tour we drive back to the Kusadasi Port, hotel, Izmir Port, airport or Izmir hotel.

• Walking is about 1.5 km distance so comfortoble shoes recommended.
• Terrace Houses museum is extra fee. Entrance fee to the Ephesus is not including terraces houses museum.
• Children over 5 pay the full adult price to enter the Terrace Houses which is optional.
• Please note the Terrace Houses are not suitable for wheelchair-users and those who have difficulty in climbing stairs.
